This 45-minute Balance Class is suitable for seniors of all levels.
Balance classes for seniors are specifically designed to help older adults maintain and improve their balance, stability, and overall physical fitness. These classes will incorporate exercises that focus on strengthening the core, enhancing coordination, and improving flexibility. The social aspect of these classes also provide a supportive environment where everyone can connect with others and have fun.

This 45-minute Chair Yoga Class is suitable for seniors of all levels.
The class will consist of modified yoga postures and balancing using a Chair for support. The focus of the class will be on the breath to calm the nervous system and regulate blood pressure. You will receive all of the same benefits as a regular Yoga Class with the safety and comfort of using a Chair instead of being on the floor.

Specifically chosen yoga techniques to emphasize detail, alignment, breath control, and make use of props and supports (blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, and chairs), to enable each student to perform the poses safely and correctly, minimizing the risk of strain and injury. Please bring a yoga mat and props to the class.
