We are switching CRM Platforms!

On November 1, 2024 we are switching systems from Ivrnet to Xplor Rec. This system will be much easier to use and make it simple to take advantage of MTC's amenities.

Why do we need your information?

MTC offers a variety of programs and drop ins that need to be registered into, and some of them are age specific. We do not verify this information, but need to know generally if you are 18+, 55+, etc. to book you into the appropriate courses.

 

You may leave any information blank that you do not feel comfortable sharing, but we just need to make sure we have a way to contact you for HOA purposes, and make you a and your family profile! The fields with the asterix (*) are required. If you are having troubles with the digital form, paper versions can be found at the bottom of the web page.

 

We do not share this information with anyone. Feel free to call the GM at 403-781-6612 ext. 5 if you want more clarification!

Homeowner Information Form

MTC is switching over to a new database and to keep our records clean has only transferred owner's information to the new system. Please fill out the form to grant resident access to the rest of your family!

 

**If you are a landlord, please refer to the Designated Resident's Form below.

McKenzie Towne Council will not distribute your personal information to any third party. Our only purpose to collect this information is to keep you updated on our upcoming events, programs and socials hosted by MTC. We will also notify you of any upcoming HOA fees or invoices.

When you submit this form, an MTC representative will make you and your family an account on our registration platform. You can log in by using your primary's email address and clicking "reset password". Once logged in, you will be able to manage all your family's activites/accounts.
