You might have heard of HIIT workouts, well now it's time for Robin's LIIT workout! LIIT stands for "Low Impact Interval Training", where you benefit from the High-intensity interval training style, but with a focus on Low Impact movements. These total body workouts will consist of short bursts of intense (but low impact) work that typically last between 15 seconds to 1 minute. These are followed by a quick recovery period and then right back to work. Improve your cardio and strength without sacrificing your wrists and knees!

Specifically chosen yoga techniques to emphasize detail, alignment, breath control, and make use of props and supports (blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, and chairs), to enable each student to perform the poses safely and correctly, minimizing the risk of strain and injury. This beginner-friendly yoga class restores the nervous system and promotes deep relaxation through breathing, which activates the body's healing process. Please bring a mat, two blocks, a strap, as well as a bolster (or rolled-up blanket/beach towel) for each class.

Movement & Meditation As of right now the movements will be a combination of building strength, mobility & flexibility with Bodyweight. Teaching a foundation of movement quality, understanding how our bodies should move. This is where longevity in health really shines.
Once we bring that awareness to our bodies we switch into more meditative positions with focus and breathing. Bringing awareness to the mind this combination will have you feeling the positive affect. Once you experience it you'll know exactly what I'm talking about
Depending on the skill level of our group I will introduce a weight (dumbbell or kettlebell)
