YAHOO! Stampede Breakfast on High Street is BACK! MTC is partnering with the Calgary Stampede and their Caravan to provide our residents with delicious and sticky pancakes! Meet with local business sponsors, visit the petting zoo and kid zone, and have a blast dancing to the live performances.

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP CLOSES JUNE 15, 2025
***All volunteers must arrive at 7:00am to help with set up***
Cook Team: Cook and Serve WORLD FAMOUS Stampede pancakes and sausages.

Responsibilities: with the help of the Caravan learn to prepare and serve food according to Health & Safety guidelines.

Required: Long sleeve shirt, pants and closed toed shoes. Good attitude, work quickly, be adaptable and work in high intensity situations.
Juice & Cutlery Team: Ensure guests receive their plates, cutlery and juice prior to food.

Responsibilities: Wrap cutlery in napkins and handout plates = ready for guests. Mingle and have fun!

Required: You’re the first point of contact – Smile 😊 and mingle.
Condiments Team: What’s a pancake without syrup and butter! You help dress the pancakes.

Responsibilities: Ensure everyone has syrup and butter! Answer general questions.

Required: Last point of contact – Smile 😊 and mingle.
Kid Zone/Ponies Team: Have fun with Kids = make their day!

Responsibilities: Work with Caravan to ensure children are safe and adhere to rules. Help make it the best experience ever! Smile 😊 and have fun!

Required: Spread the Stampede Spirit. Interact and mingle with the community!
Line Control Team: Direct people where to line up!

Responsibilities: 4 Cook Stations = 4 lines. Help with the flow of traffic.

Welcome Booth Team (2 tents): Welcome the community!

Responsibilities: Assist the community with any questions.

*Tent 1 has the Lost Kid Location: Notify Bree of any lost children, supervise child till their parent/guardian picks them up. Help make the child feel Safe and have fun!
Clean-Up Team: Wander the grounds and keep the event clean and safe!
