Join Young Rembrandts as we develop fine motor skills, language and have a lot of fun. Young artists will be using pencils, crayons and markers to develop their art skills. We kick it off by drawing a Dalmatian, a snowman and moving on to a firetruck and then finishing it up with an owl. Each week builds on the last as our courses are designed to develop their drawings and use a ton of creativity. Come draw with us!

Sign your child up for a GoPlay! outdoor sports program this spring and watch them develop essential sport and social skills while building confidence and staying active. You might have heard of HIIT workouts, well now it's time for Robin's LIIT workout! LIIT stands for "Low Impact Interval Training", where you benefit from the High-intensity interval training style, but with a focus on Low Impact movements. These total body workouts will consist of short bursts of intense (but low impact) work that typically last between 15 seconds to 1 minute. These are followed by a quick recovery period and then right back to work. Improve your cardio and strength without sacrificing your wrists and knees!
