About the event
Event Description:
Welcome new neighbours to McKenzie Towne! Join us for free desserts while meeting your neighbours and learning about everything we do at MTC. Free childcare is provided at our Kid-Zone in the gymnasium.Â

Volunteer Responsibilities
Check-In / Info Table (1-2 people):Â
- Check-In guests as they arrive and hand out swag, flyers, & coupons! Answer any questions guests may have.
Kid Zone (2-4 people):Â
- Look after the neighbourhood kids by playing with toys, sports or games!
All volunteers must arrive 1 hour before the event begins. If you can no longer attend, please email crm@mtcouncil.com as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements!
