About the event
oin us for Rooted in the Community, a fun and meaningful day where we come together to make McKenzie Towne greener! In partnership with the City of Calgary Urban Forestry department, we’re inviting residents to plant trees, enjoy delicious bites from local food trucks, and get creative with nature-themed crafts.
Whether you’re digging in the dirt, learning about urban forestry, or simply enjoying the park, there’s something for everyone. Let’s plant roots—both in the ground and in our community—while making a lasting impact for future generations.
