McKenzie Towne Council holds an Annual General Meeting at McKenzie Towne Hall every Fall within six months of the end of the fiscal year (June 1 to May 31). Annual General Meeting packages are mailed out to each residence, two weeks before the AGM. Doors open at 6:30pm, with meeting starting at 7pm

Only homeowner residents in good standing (HOA Fees paid in full) are able to attend.
