How to Pay Your Annual Fees

About Your Fees

Invoices get mailed to all property owners in McKenzie Towne on June 1st of each year.

Annual fees are payable from June 1st and are due by June 30th.

Interest will accrue in the amount of Prime + 5% per annum beginning August 1st. Unpaid accounts will be sent to the collection agency/lawyer.

We recommend checking your account within 5 business days of the payment to ensure it was properly received.

1.   Pay Online

WITH Invoice Number
and Access Code

Locate the invoice number and access code on the paper invoice that was mailed out on

June 1st (see example below) and enter them into the fields.

2.   Pay Online

WITHOUT Invoice Number
and Access Code

If you have never logged into your Ivrnet account:

  1. Click the "Pay Now" button to the left. It will take you to our portal.

  2. Click "Forgot Password"

  3. Check your email and follow the prompts to set up your password.

3.     E-Transfer

To send us an e-transfer, please follow these steps:

  1. Get your total invoice amount off of the mailed invoice or by finding it on your Ivrnet account. Follow the instructions above in red if you need assistance with this, or call us at 403-781-6612.

  2. Send us the total amount (including GST) to acctn@mtcouncil.com

 

**IMPORTANT** 

Please make sure to include your full name, address, and invoice number in the notes section to ensure we know you sent it. If this is not done, we do not know who this came from and cannot apply the payment to your account. If you choose to pay with this method, we recommend checking your account within 5 business days of the payment to ensure it was collected. MTC is not responsible if you get sent to collections and you did not do these above steps to confirm the payment went through.

4.   Bank Bill Pay

To pay via bank bill, please follow these steps:

  1. Add McKenzie Towne Council to your payees

  2. Use the account number shown on your invoice as your account number

5.     In-Person   

Visit McKenzie Towne Hall to pay your HOA fees in person

6.  Payment Plan   

We understand that some of our residents require assistance regarding the payment of HOA fees. That is why we now have a payment plan option*:

​

  1. Email officeco@mtcouncil.com BEFORE JUNE 30th explaining your situation and why you need the payment plan option

  2. We will choose a plan that works for both of us.

  3. You will be responsible for making payments according to the plan and paying with the payment options listed above. 

​

*MTC has created this as a last-resort option and should not be considered as the default method. Please reserve this option for people in need.
