To become a vendor, you must purchase at least one booth spot (an 11’x7’ parking lot space) for $10. Each spot is the size of ONE parking space in the Park n' Ride lot.

You may purchase as many as 4 spaces. We will do our best to put all your purchased spaces together.

This event is pedestrian-only, and no cars will be permitted into the Garage Sale Zone (scroll to the bottom to see the event map). There will be designated parking areas for you to go after unloading your stuff. Drop-off will run from 6:45am to 7:45am, and all cars must be removed by 8:15am. There will be light refreshments available for sale, nearby restaurants/businesses, and food trucks will be arriving at 11:00am.

Only the space is included in the purchase. No furniture is provided. We recommend that you bring your own tables and lawn chairs and/or tents. If you do not have them you may put a blanket down on the ground.

This event is open for small businesses and garage-salers alike. Please make sure to register for the correct type to be placed with similar-sellers.

Is this the same thing as the Mike Burton's Parade of Garage Sales?

Our event is in partnership with Mike Burton's Parade, however we are adding more value to shoppers/sellers who do not have a physical space to sell. We will also have food trucks and live music! If you would like to register for Mike Burton's event, please visit:

Vendors will be chosen on product offerings, diversity, quality, and uniqueness of your product/service. Although there may be other vendors with the same/similar products, no competing products from the same company will be permitted, and the number of these vendors will be capped based on the total number of vendors. Wait-listed vendors will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Disputes among vendors will not be tolerated. MTC will have final authority in all disputes. Vendors taking issue with other vendors or MTC are asked to fill out an incident report form and return it to the facility.

The facility is to be left in the same condition at the end of the event. Vendors are responsible for picking up all trash in front, under and around their table space. All display materials, boxes, personal garage, etc must be taken home with the vendor. Failure to leave the facility clean may result in the vendors being suspended from future market events.
